NatureWalk amenities

NatureWalk at Seagrove is the ultimate walkabout community in Santa Rosa Beach, with a prime location near the famed 30A. In addition to providing residents and visitors with the amenity-rich Gathering Place, access to the Lilly Lane beach trail, and direct access to the 15,000-acre Point Washington State Forest. With the perfect balance of a prime, walkabout location, breathtaking views, and endless activities, NatureWalk at Seagrove truly is the ultimate beach community.

The premier amenity of NatureWalk’s HOA is The Gathering Place, a private gated facility for members and their guests. It has a shallow-access pool, heated lap pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, gas grills, fire pit, kitchenette, shower, restrooms, and a sheltered patio with various tables and chairs. The building also houses residents’ mailboxes and larger shared boxes for small parcel delivery.

Access to the Gathering Place is controlled through key card readers at the front and back gates. Entry is disabled at closing time.

Hours of operation are posted at the front gate and may change. The facility is open year-round from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The Gathering Place rules are posted at the front entrance bulletin board.

Other NatureWalk amenities are available in the neighborhood, including pickleball courts & basketball half-courts at the end of Flatwoods Forest Loop.  The sports courts are available for owners and their guests, and are not open to the public.

Access to the Sports Courts is controlled through a key card reader at the main gate. Entry is disabled at closing time.

Care should be taken not to damage or leave garbage at these amenities.

Next to The Gathering Place is the “Tot Spot” playground for younger residents and guests in NatureWalk. The climbing bars, steps, and slides make this a fun activity for toddlers and young children.

Throughout NatureWalk at Seagrove, there is a series of ENERGI Total Body Fitness System stations throughout our community.

ENERGI combines functional fitness and body-weight training to deliver a synergistic workout that connects all five of the body’s major anatomical systems and exercises nearly all of its 206 bones and 600 muscles. Rather than isolating the muscles to work them independently, ENERGI uses multi-joint, multi-plane muscle movements, an integrated approach that better prepares the body for the demands of real life.

ENERGI training videos are available on the manufacturer’s YouTube channel, along with the fitness station instructions.

Throughout NatureWalk at Seagrove, there are pet waste stations for owners and their guests. The HOA pays for a service that includes regularly maintaining the stations, bags, and emptying pet waste.

Please ensure your pet waste is placed in the station’s metal container or household garbage, as it attracts wild animals and should ALWAYS be disposed of securely.

In addition to these amenities, NatureWalk at Seagrove is steps away from the beach, Seaside town center, WaterColor, Publix at Watercolor Crossings, and many other activities along the 30A corridor.

NatureWalk is close to 30A and surrounded by the Point Washington State Forest, making it a favorite for hiking and biking.
